Absolutely the best Parmesan I have ever had, I could have been eating this in a high end restaurant & I would never have known. Fresh, crispy, perfect balance of flavour & NOT soggy or dripping in fat. The chilli sauce was the best I’ve ever had & I love chilli sauce!
